肝细胞胞液产品简介:
连续培养的细胞系容易发生遗传漂变,有限细胞系最终会发生衰老,所有培养的细胞都易受到微生物污染,即使运转情况实验室也会遇到设备故障的问题。由于已建立的细胞系是一种宝贵资源,更换细胞系成本高昂,而且耗费时间,因此,必须将其冷冻起来,长期保存。
传代时如有少量富余细胞,应立即作为种细胞储备冻存,加以保管,不得用作常规实验之用。利用冻存的种细胞储备可制备和补充工作细胞储备。如果种细胞储备用尽,可利用冻存的工作细胞储备制备新的种细胞储备,这样与最初冻存时相比,细胞代数增加较少。
